PARTIES

This   Membership   and   Consulting   Agreement         (“Agreement”) is      entered        into              on         this                          

         day of             , 2025, by and between:

• Personal Wealth Management LLC (“Company”), a Delaware limited liability company, and
• The undersigned individual (“Member”).
• Any successors, assigns, or legal representatives of the Member or the Company, to the extent permitted under this Agreement.

Definitions:

For purposes of this Agreement:

• “Services” means the educational, consulting, and resource-sharing activities described in this
• “Materials” means all videos, courses, reports, templates, and written content provided by the
• “Consulting Packages” means fee-based sessions or resources offered by the
• “Affiliate Rewards” means marketing commissions or promotional compensation paid to Members who refer other Members or customers in accordance with Company policy; such payments are paid as marketing compensation and are expressly not profit-sharing, dividends, or investment income.
• “Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed by either party, including strategies, trade methods, software processes, and personal data.

PURPOSE 

The Company provides membership access to financial education, consulting services, and related resources to support financial literacy, empowerment, and charitable causes. The Company does not provide securities, investment management, or licensed financial advisory services, and does not guarantee monetary returns.

ELIGIBILITY

Membership Income Opportunity is subject to the following conditions:

• Granted solely at the discretion of the May be declined, suspended, or terminated for non-compliance or misconduct. Termination may also occur if eligibility requirements are not met.

MEMBER BENEFITS: At least 22 substantial assets.

Upon execution of this Agreement and payment of fees, Member shall receive:

9999. The member is granted an income opportunity with the company to market our business opportunity. The cost of this opportunity is $9999. In many cases financing may be obtained with a payment of the membership fee of $497. Financing is given by lenders not the company and lenders have discretion who they approve. Company may provide financing with 10% down if company cannot find financing for the member.
10000. Members may apply for larger funding either personal (up to $250,000) or business funding (up to $750,000).
10001. Company includes a $2500 Corporate business buildout with credit and funding up to 2 million dollars over several months. The goal is to build a million-dollar company for members if desired.
10002. The member is granted an income opportunity with the company to market our business opportunity. The cost of this opportunity is $9999. In many cases financing may be obtained with a payment of the membership fee of $497. Financing is given by lenders not the company and lenders have discretion who they approve. Company may provide financing with 10% down if company cannot find financing for the member.
10003. Company will provide a website valued at $5000, for the member with landing page, domain, hosting, SSL certificate and sitelock membership.
10004. Company will provide access to over 100 million dollars’ worth of Free Gift Certificates, which can be emailed or printed for physical use.
10005. Company has training and marketing materials provided on our website FasterMoneymethods.com for use by the members. These include but are not limited to ad copy, various documents, videos, and dozens of courses provided by the licensing companies who supply the gift certificates.
10006. Members shall receive $4000 for each $9999 business opportunity sold as payments are received from future members.
10007. Member shall receive $1000 from the cost of the business opportunity donated to our monthly loan profits program. Members shall receive up to 33% interest per month and may add funds to this at any time for higher profits in the form of interest payments.

• Members shall have the ability to offer funding and/or credit services to any client and receive 2% of all funding amounts. $100,000 in funding generates a $2000 commission. This funding is in addition to the financing/funding for this business opportunity of which the member receives $4000.

2500. Members shall receive attorney credit restoration if desired. Value $2500.
2501. Educational Content – Access to over 1,000 financial videos, courses, and Value: $500,000.
2502. Asset Templates – Illustrative documents and tools, including a “One-Million-Dollar Asset

Document,” provided strictly for educational use. Value: $25,000.

1. Consulting Services – Help, support, and guidance on credit, funding, and financial empowerment Any funding referenced in Materials or discussions is provided by third parties and is subject to third-party terms, qualifications, and success fees; the Company does not guarantee funding or monetary returns. The member shall receive the first 100% of any profits created by Personal Wealth Management from our profit centers including but not limited to marketing profits, funding success fees, membership sales, credit and tradeline services, referral profits, and additional products as added to our portfolio. Value: Priceless.
2. Discounted Resources – Reduced costs for trade-lines, credit restoration, educational training, and related services up to 50% depending on the processor’s costs.
3. Company will provide a website valued at $5000, for the member with landing page, domain, hosting, SSL certificate and sitelock membership.
4. Company will provide access to over 100 million dollars’ worth of Free Gift Certificates, which can be emailed or printed for physical use.

CONSULTING PACKAGES

The following terms apply to the purchase and use of Consulting Packages:

1. In Return, the Company provides performance reports, case studies, and strategy overviews for educational purposes only. These are illustrative and are not promises or guarantees of monetary performance.

*The Company may, at its discretion, offer performance-based educational credits or non- monetary bonuses tied to measurable engagement or results; such credits/bonuses are not investment returns and may not be redeemable for cash unless expressly stated in writing.

AFFILIATE REWARDS

Members may be eligible to receive rewards for referring others to the Program. Such rewards are offered under the following conditions:

1. Referral Commissions Members who successfully refer new Members or customers may receive marketing commissions. Where applicable, the Company may offer the member $100 of the qualifying first-time sale as a referral commission for every month the referral is in the program for every month payout to the referral These funds are paid at the same time the referral gets paid. The referral commission is subject to the Company’s affiliate program terms, eligibility rules, and adjustments for refunds or chargebacks.
2. Marketing Compensation – All referral rewards are paid strictly as marketing compensation for promotional efforts and shall not be considered profit-sharing, dividends, investment income, or a promise of future profits.
3. Program Changes – The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate reward program at any time, with or without prior Any commission percentages, including any “up to $100” offers, apply only to qualifying transactions specified by the Company and are subject to the Company’s affiliate terms and applicable laws.

PAYMENTS

The following terms govern payment obligations under this Agreement:

1. Company offers financing with good credit or in special circumstances at the company’s discretion. If financing cannot be obtained by party, company can finance the $9999 cost with an agreed upon deposit based on both parties’ agreement.
2. Membership Fee of $497 is due upon signing of this agreement.
3. Consulting business opportunity Packages: $9999 (or as otherwise agreed). Company agrees to obtain financing for members for those qualified or finance the $9999 opportunity with 10% down payment if no financing cannot be obtained. Members agree to accept any financing the company can obtain for members.
4. Payments accepted via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Bank

REFUNDS

*No refund shall be issued after Member has been granted access to Company Materials or Services which are accessible at the inception of this signed agreement. All payments are final and non- transferable. Members acknowledge and agree that the Company incurs costs immediately upon granting access, which justifies the no-refund policy.

          CONFIDENTIALITY

The following confidentiality obligations shall apply:

1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged under this Agreement.
2. Confidential Information may not be disclosed without prior written consent, except as required by law.
3. The confidentiality obligations of both parties shall survive termination of this

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Materials provided by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

. Member receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Members shall not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit Company Materials

DISCLAIMER & NO GUARANTEE

The following claims apply to all Company Services and Materials:

1. The Company does not provide securities, investments, or guaranteed
2. All examples of earnings, profits, or funding are illustrative
3. Members understand that results vary and depend on individual effort, credit history, financial situation, and market conditions.
4. Member acknowledges that Company representatives are not licensed financial
5. Members should seek independent legal, tax, or financial advice before acting on any information provided by the Company.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss, arising from Member’s participation in the Program. The Company’s aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Member to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Member’s use of Services or breach of this Agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Company may terminate immediately upon Member’s breach of terms. Upon termination, Member shall lose access to all Services and Materials. Termination does not relieve the Member of outstanding payment obligations and certain obligations shall survive termination.

FORCE MAJEURE

The following terms apply in the event of circumstances beyond the Company’s control:

1. Company not liable for delays beyond

Including natural disasters, laws, strikes, system failures. Duties paused during the event.

Company may terminate the agreement without liability if the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The following terms govern how disputes will be addressed:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

SEVERABILITY

The following terms shall apply if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable:

Invalid provisions shall not affect the rest of the Agreement. Remaining terms stay valid and enforceable.

The Agreement continues with full legal effect. Only the affected clause is modified or removed.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. No oral statements shall modify this Agreement. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

AMENDMENTS

Amendments to this Agreement are subject to the following condition.

* Both parties must sign the amendment. Any changes must be made in writing.

*Verbal modifications are not valid or enforceable.

Member will provide all three credit reports for obtaining financing for this program. If for any reason company cannot get client funding, we will finance the program with $1000 down and balance of $8999 with $1000 per month payments beginning 30 days after the inception of this agreement.
